Cleaning schedule for working moms

It is no easy task to become working moms and still maintain a life at home. Not only do you spend a lot of time at work every day, but when my working day is over, the last thing I do as a working mother is to do more work. Maybe you can contact me?

However, even with the help of my family, I found that making a plan to plan what to clean every day and how to break down larger cleaning tasks within a week makes the work very easy.

If you are one hour before work, one hour after getting off work and one hour before closing every night, then you will have a good choice in your cleaning schedule, which will help you have a cleaner and more organized home every day.

1.Organize every day

It takes almost no time to keep the home tidy. Take five minutes a day to collect all the dirty clothes from the child’s room. The same applies to toys, stationery, magazines, textbooks, and notebooks. Place each item in the correct location.

It will be easier for you to find what you want, not to mention that your house will look neater, so when everything is ready, it will become cleaner. It is very important to go through this ritual every day. Once you let the clutter occupy your house, you will have to spend hours sorting it out.

2 Only for shops with lists

Part of the reason our house is so messy is because we have so many things.

If you follow my advice, you will make sure to keep the house tidy, which will make a big difference.

However, if you fill it back again, your house will always look messy.

Instead, make sure to carry the list at all times when shopping and follow it!

By avoiding impulse purchases, you will help avoid chaos in your home and make it easier to keep clean.

3. stay in the laundry room

For working mothers, one of the biggest family challenges is washing clothes.

When your laundry system is working properly, it will quickly become easy.

There are no more dirty clothes on the floor or piles of clean clothes waiting to be put away.

4. Reset the daily house

House reset is a quick cleaning procedure that can make your house tidy in just a few minutes.

This usually takes about 10 minutes for a family of four.

Relocation houses include the following:

  • Unload and load the dishwasher
  • Hang up jacket and backpack
  • Put away the shoes
  • Throw a pile of clothes
  • Wipe the counter
  • Put away toys
  • According to your family’s schedule, the house can be reset in the morning or evening.

Our heads are already packed in the morning, so we usually reset it at night.

In addition, this makes a neat family waking up in the morning very happy!

By following these prompt routines, you will quickly notice that you can actually have a clean house when you work full-time.

5. Make the most of the morning

Of course, it is difficult to clean the entire house or apartment in 15 minutes, but the “difficulty” is far from “impossible”. There are only a lot of things you can do in such a short time, but again, you don’t have to always pursue “perfection” “the result of.

After preparing the children’s breakfast, collect dirty clothes from the floor of their room, and then throw them into the washing machine for washing after get off work.

It only takes one minute to wipe the bathroom floor with a mop. Make your child’s bed and empty the dishwasher. That may be all the work you will complete in 15 minutes, but it is still one thing.

6. Wash the dishes immediately after use

After a long day of work, dealing with a pile of greasy pans and plates is a nightmare. Why not use the time this task requires to help your little girl or boy with homework? I suggest you wash the dishes immediately after use.

Completing this process manually is easier and less time-consuming than waiting for the dishwasher to complete its cycle. Of course, if there are too many dishes to wash, please feel free to load them into the washing machine.

Whichever method you choose, do not let food residues and fats dry out, because in this case, they will be troublesome to remove.

7. Afternoon cleaning ceremony

I know that cleaning is your top priority after returning home from get off work. However, when you are single and living alone, skipping cleaning chores may be an option, but when you have three children and a family to care for, ignoring chores may not be a good idea.

I suggest you spend an extra 20 minutes every afternoon to complete some small cleaning tasks.

For example, you can dust off furniture in the living room, iron or fold clean clothes, straighten sofas and decorative pillows on sofas, throw out trash and remove fingerprints on steel surfaces and picture frames.

All these tasks are not very demanding on the body, and they can be completed quickly and easily. Once they develop the habit, they will need less time.

8. Set a good example

The easiest way to teach children to keep their lives tidy is to set a good example. Ask your little ones to help with some trivia. In the evening, you can assign them a simple task, such as picking up their toys and organizing their desks when choosing clothes for them the next morning.

This will help your child develop a sense of responsibility, and the sooner it happens, the better. Remember, when your boy is in college, you will not clean his messy room nearby.

When you are a working mom, it is not easy to strike a balance between so many responsibilities and chores. The sooner you turn your cleaning “chores” into habits, the easier it will be to keep up with them. I suggest you start with the cleaning habits listed above and start to understand its development from there.
