1.Go girl! Grant
Go girl! The grant is provided by the “Girlfriend Factor” organization, which provides educational grants and emotional support to women who improve their lives through higher education.
Since 2006, the organization has provided $500,000 in grants to 147 women in the Coachella Valley in California.
To be eligible, applicants must be 25 years of age or older, have proof of financial need, and be passionate about the educational path to a career.
If you want to apply, you need to write a one-page autobiography, provide information about your education and career goals, submit three references and prepare for an interview.
Applications are reviewed twice a year: January and July. In order to be eligible, you must submit your application before the 15th of the previous month (December 15th and June 15th).
2.Ms. Janet Rankin Scholarship Foundation
Jeanette Rankin was elected the first female Congress in the United States. After her death, she left a portion of her estate to provide scholarships for women returning to school.
Since its establishment in 1978, the Jeanette Rankin Foundation has provided approximately $3 million in scholarships to more than 1,000 women.
The Jeanette Rankin Women’s Scholarship Fund is for low-income women over 35 years old who wish to obtain a college or bachelor’s degree. To be eligible for the scholarship, you must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. The winners are selected based on their goals, their future plans and how they plan to give back to the community.

3.Patsy Takemoto Mother Mink Education Scholarship
Patsy Takemoto Mink served in Congress and was the first woman of color to be elected to the US House of Representatives.
To commemorate her, the Patsy Takemoto Mink Foundation was established in 2003. Since then, it has been helping low-income women, especially mothers. This is a unique scholarship for mothers who want to reduce the cost of education.
The organization provides five rewards for low-income mothers pursuing education, each of up to $5,000. The winners are selected based on financial needs, personal experience and future goals. Funds can be used for education expenses or to cover childcare expenses.
To be eligible, the applicant must be a mother and be at least 17 years old. You must also enter a vocational training course or pursue an associate or bachelor’s degree.
Moreover, the applicant’s income cannot exceed US$20,000 for a family of two or US$28,000 for a family of four. The organization opens scholarships to applicants every spring.
4.Arizona BPW Foundation Annual Scholarship
Deadline: May 1
The Arizona Foundation for Business and Professional Women provides multiple scholarships for women who aim to return to school to improve their career prospects. Applicants must attend a community college or trade school in Arizona and write an article about their career goals and financial status. The deadline for applications is December 10. The award amount varies.
5.BK Krenzer Reentry Scholarship
Deadline: May 1
This scholarship is awarded to non-traditional students by the Association of Women Engineers, who reopened their education after a break. Students should study any type of engineering and can be freshmen, sophomores, juniors, or seniors. The prize money for this award is US$3,250.
6.Doctor Wynetta Sister Scholarship Scholarship Winner
Deadline: early February
The scholarship is targeted at African-American women who return to school after a break or attend college for the first time after a high school break due to family responsibilities or other personal needs. Applicants must be able to confirm acceptance of a bachelor’s degree from a university or university, and must be at least 21 years old and need to write a thesis on a specific topic. The prize money for the two awards is between $500 and $1,000.
7.Emergency scholarship

The Xinxing Scholarship is for non-traditional female students who will return to school after a break.
